Intention: Iron Shirt has seen it all and isn't very impressed. Their superiors are most often idiots who get their men killed off and their enemies are unreasonable hotheads who should really sit down and have a bit of ale. Iron Shirt has learned how best to deploy their men through long, hard experience, and does their best to solve problems without having to risk anybody getting hurt. Iron Shirt is a decent combatant, but their primary weapon is their men. In social combat, they have an incisive eye (socialize) and try to find ways that everyone can get what they want without coming to blows. This keen eye is also reflected in high Investigation and Awareness skills. Larceny reflects a long experience with the less savory side of humanity and the occasional dip into unfair methods to ensure a win with minimal effort.
